Our primary goal as the new administrative board of Beirut Heritage Association is to keep this heritage alive, to promote a culture of belonging to it, and to preserve it for future generations. To achieve this objective, we will continue to build upon the accomplishments of the association since its establishment in 2019.
We aim to leverage the association’s principles and culture regarding its belief in the necessity to preserve Beirut’s heritage. This will be done by refining the quality of sources of information on Beirut’s heritage, based on scientific and objective foundations that comply to the association’s vision, goals, and working modalities.
Furthermore, we will enhance communication and collaboration with all associations and entities dedicated to preserving cultural, architectural, and popular heritage in all its forms.
May God bless our beloved Beirut and grant us the strength to restore its authentic identity and its long-standing grandeur, ensuring that it remains, rightfully, the queen of capitals.
